How does the trade-in process work?

Create an account and submit trades online or e-mail us at [email protected]. You'll receive a confirmation with our free shipping label. Payments are sent within a day or two of receiving equipment.

What equipment do you accept?

Drivers, Fairway Woods, Hybrids, Iron Sets, Wedges, Putters, Individual Irons, plus heads and shafts. We do NOT accept fitting iron heads and shafts.

What brands do you accept?

Callaway, Cleveland, Cobra, Mizuno, Ping, PXG, Srixon, TaylorMade, Titleist, XXIO, Odyssey and Scotty Cameron.

Do you accept other items?

Yes, we accept NEW and USED name brand headcovers, wrenches and rangefinders.

How do I get equipment values?

Our value guide provides values on most models from major manufacturers. Create an account and browse our equipment categories.

Can I e-mail you directly?

Yes, you can always e-mail us. Our value guide is an additional tool to help Professionals get values quicker.

How long until I receive payment?

Payments are typically sent by check within 1-2 business days of receiving and inspecting your equipment.

Is shipping free?

Yes! You'll receive a free shipping label with your confirmation. Simply pack your equipment and drop it off at any UPS location.

Do I need to be a PGA Professional?

Yes, 15th Golf Club works exclusively with PGA Professionals and golf shop owners.

What condition is required?

We accept various conditions. Our value guide provides different pricing tiers. Equipment should be functional and from accepted brands.

Can I get my equipment back?

No. All condition assessments are final and equipment cannot be returned once received. By sending equipment, you agree to accept our valuation. If unsure about condition, please contact us before shipping.
