1. Services Overview

15th Golf Club is a golf equipment trade-in company that works exclusively with PGA Professionals and golf shop owners. Our services include:

• Providing trade-in values for golf equipment through our online value guide
• Purchasing premium brand golf equipment in various conditions
• Providing free shipping labels for equipment submissions
• Processing payments via check within 1-2 business days of receiving equipment

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

PGA Professional Requirement

Our services are exclusively available to PGA Professionals and golf shop owners. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are a PGA Professional or authorized representative of a golf facility.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Trade-In Process and Terms

Value Guide

Our online value guide provides estimated trade-in values based on equipment condition. These values are estimates and final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the equipment.

Condition Assessment

All submitted equipment is subject to inspection upon receipt. If the actual condition differs from the condition stated during submission, the trade-in value may be adjusted accordingly. We will contact you before processing if significant discrepancies are found.

Accepted Equipment

We accept premium brand golf equipment including drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, iron sets, wedges, putters, and individual irons. We also accept heads, shafts, headcovers, wrenches, and rangefinders. We do NOT accept:

• Fitting iron heads and shafts
• Counterfeit or non-authentic equipment
• Cracked, bent, or broken equipment
• Non-premium or off-brand equipment

Ownership Warranty

By submitting equipment for trade-in, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the equipment or have authorization to sell it, and that the equipment is free of any liens or encumbrances.

No Returns Policy

All sales are final. Equipment cannot be returned once received by 15th Golf Club. By sending equipment to us, you agree to accept our condition assessment and valuation. All condition grades are determined at our sole discretion upon physical inspection.

If you are unsure about your equipment's condition or potential value, we strongly encourage you to contact us before shipping. Once equipment arrives at our facility, it will not be returned regardless of our assessment or the final trade-in value offered.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping Labels

Upon submission of a trade-in request, we provide free UPS shipping labels. Equipment should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Risk of Loss

You are responsible for properly packaging equipment. 15th Golf Club is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping due to inadequate packaging. Risk of loss transfers to 15th Golf Club upon delivery confirmation at our facility.

Processing Time

We process received equipment within 1-2 business days. Payments are issued by check and mailed to the address on file.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Method

All payments are made by check, mailed to the address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your mailing address is current and accurate.

Payment Timing

Checks are typically mailed within 1-2 business days of equipment inspection and acceptance. Delivery time depends on postal service.

Price Adjustments

If equipment condition differs from what was submitted, we reserve the right to adjust the payment amount. We will contact you before processing any significant adjustments.

6. Use of Website

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws
